- Transparency: This structure ensures 100% transparency regarding who is doing the work and who is legally responsible for the delivery.
5. Subcontracting, Security & Moral Compliance
To maintain flexibility and scalability, individual Community Members (Service Owners) retain the right to engage their own subcontractors or specialized staff. However, to guarantee the integrity of the Neonvil brand and the safety of our clients, this right is subject to strict compliance protocols.
A. Subcontractor Vetting & Moral Compliance The contracting Service Owner assumes full liability for any subcontractor they engage. The Service Owner is legally obligated to ensure that any external staff member they bring into a project meets the community's high ethical standards.
- Awareness: The Service Owner must disclose and vouch for the staff they utilize.
- Background Checks: All subcontractors must possess a clear court history (clean criminal record) and demonstrate moral compliance aligned with Neonvil’s philosophy.
B. Mandatory Documentation (B2B & NDA) No subcontractor may touch a line of code or access client data without a formal legal framework in place. The Service Owner is responsible for ensuring that every subcontractor has signed:
- Official B2B Agreement: Defining the scope of work and legal liability.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): A binding document ensuring strict confidentiality and the protection of customer data.
C. Enforcement & Zero Tolerance Policy These protocols are absolute. We prioritize client data protection and community reputation above all else.
