Why I Became Chief Operations Officer at Neonvil
Nazarii intro as a COO (He is a who now?)
I am sure that a lot of people in my network were quite surprised in their own way to see that I am Chief Operations Officer now. Honestly? I was shy of this title till the moment I realized - I am not taking this title to only sound important. I am taking it, because this is who I am here at #Neonvil.
So who are you really, Nazarii?
I am the first and only person to become a Senior support agent at my first job (at least I was the only one till the moment I quit).
2nd most productive Customer Support Agent at my second job with a clear promise of becoming a teamlead withing the 2nd year at the company.
Then the war starts, and I decide to change both - the industry AND the career path, becoming a sales person in cybersecurity in Web 3.0.
Zero experience to breaking company revenue record in 1.5 years.
Changed position to Client Relationship Manager to take on another challenge - and failed!
Ok, so now you are bragging or what?
It may sure sound like that, however I hope that you also see the ambition, the potential, the hunger. Whenever I felt like something does not work properly or can be improved - I acted. Suggest a minor improvement or build a whole new process from scratch - it does not matter, and that is exactly how I realized that I LOVE building processes. This, plus my experience in B2B and B2C customer support, combined with B2B sales and there you have it - an experience mixture almost perfectly designed to fuel Operations at #Neonvil.
Am I ready for the role? Definitely not. Yet I have the hunger to learn how I can be better at this role, the potential to build processes from scratch and the ambition to bring Neonvil to success.
Why starting another company though?
When Volodymyr approached me with the idea for Neonvil, I knew immediately that I should agree, because:
- AI is the biggest trend of our time. Not using it feels like wasting an opportunity.
- This was my chance to challenge myself — to see if I could build something from the ground up.
To me, any of these reasons are enough to hop on a train that is about to start moving.
