Neonvil provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any separate agreements.
Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in separate project agreements or proposals. Changes to scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property. Custom work created for you will be owned by you upon full payment, subject to our right to use general methodologies and techniques.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business information, technical details, and any proprietary data.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Services are provided “as is” without warranty beyond applicable law.
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in project agreements. You remain responsible for payment of completed work.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. The parties agree that the competent courts of Bratislava, Slovakia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
